For every session 100 Wo/Men shall be nominated onto the platform from 25 industry sectors for their efforts, & drive to empower, encourage and assist in other women's growth to empowerment. Nominations shall be accepted from reputed instituitions and industries. All nominations must be assisted with a list of documents. The guidelines for submitting a nomination as follows: • There are no charges applicable for submitting nominations. • There are no limitation on submitted number of nomination from any organization. • The nominations must adhere to the forum eligibility criteria, with formal or written documentation available as legibility. • Nomination form shall be submitted either online or offline (via mail), however online mode is recommended for the ease of update/editing information. • Any nomination form received after the last date of registration will not be entertained. • Any false information submitted about the nominee will immediately lead to permanent disqualification of the nominee. • All materials received during the nomination process will remain confidential and will not be shared with any external entity without the consent of the concerned person. • The materials received during the nomination can be used by the organizer to produce any internal or publicity material. • Communication with the panel of jurors during the nomination process with regards to this forum is strictly discouraged. Submission Requirements: • Each nomination must be accompanied by duly filled-up Nomination Form supplied by the Directorate. • Any partially filled/not filled form will be rejected. • The nominations must be accompanied by a synopsis of their work and/or contribution. • The Nomination must fulfill at least five of the eligibility criteria sections. • Either a PPT or a small video about the project is a mandatory requirement of the nomination form. • The nominations could be accompanied by a Letter of Acknowledgement/Letter of Appreciation [if any] by any recognized entity.
